The Team puts together the business plan during our due diligence process in order to solidify how we are going to force appreciation of the property value through strategic physical and operational renovations.

disposition

After the plan has been completed, we refinance the property to return investor capital and hold the asset for long-term cash flow paid to the investor, or sell the property to realize the equity gains.
